This website is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell at a stated price, a guarantee of price, an appraisal, or investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals prices move continuously and any figure discussed is based on the market at that moment.
Sales are in person, not online
We do sell precious metals — to the public at wholesale and to other dealers — but not through this website. We do not publish inventory, display prices, or accept orders or payment online. Available inventory changes daily, all sales are conducted in person at our Pearland office, and any price quoted is based on the market at that moment. Inventory and pricing access for approved dealers and members is handled privately.
Offers and appointments
Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, and not a binding agreement by either party. Any offer we make is made in person, applies to the specific items presented, and is valid only for that visit.
Identification and legal compliance
We are a precious metals buying business subject to Texas recordkeeping requirements. We require valid government-issued photo identification for purchases, and we may decline any transaction at our discretion, including where ownership cannot be reasonably established.
Grading and authentication
We are members of and affiliated with numismatic and grading organizations and we use their services on behalf of our clients. We are not a grading service. We do not grade, certify, or authenticate coins ourselves or on behalf of any grading organization, and we make no representation that any item is or will be assigned a particular grade.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Photographs of our office and equipment are of our actual location and equipment.
Intellectual property
The Black House Gold & Silver name, logo, site text, photographs, and video are the property of Black House Gold & Silver LLC and Silva Holdings, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black House Gold & Silver LLC and Silva Holdings, LLC are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.
What the registration covers
Our Texas registration as a crafted precious metals dealer covers the purchase and sale of jewelry, silverware, and other objects made in whole or in part from precious metal. Coins, bars, and commemorative medallions fall outside that registration because Texas does not separately register those transactions. We keep the identification records and transaction reports the state requires on every purchase either way.
State registration and consumer complaints
This business is registered under the laws of the State of Texas and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. Black House Gold & Silver is a precious metals buying and selling office. We are not a coin grading service and we do not grade, certify, or authenticate coins. When a piece should be certified, we submit it to an independent grading service on your behalf.
